The Mid Sweden University graduation ring and doctoral ring are designed by the silversmith Kerstin Öhlin Lejonklou in Östersund.
The ring (for students graduated from first and/or second cycle) has three longitudinal bands, symbolizing the three rivers Ljungan, Indalsälven and Ångermanälven. Mid Sweden University's symbol is also included.
This doctoral ring symbolizes the marriage of science. The ring is adorned with laurel leaves instead of the three longitudinal bands. Mid Sweden University's symbol is also included.
